really.... some day... i give it a year.

so.... as some of u know i am in the middle of creating a line of jewelry mostly earrings...other pieces too

i want to incorporate this necklace made out of recycles items.. shh its a secret and i will get to that later...right now its in the beginning stages, but i think it will be out of the ordinary and really marketable any way...i digress....some cute cuffs...and other items that would tie into the overall concept of this line..all hand made..

i am really writing this post...as well more of a diary entry..

my goal it to be doing this for a living in a year and i feel this in not an inconceivable route to be taking.

once i get my stuff photographed i will be well on my way.

i will have a website, a catalogue, samples and i will be taking my stuff to various places to sell.

but what i really want to do is go to the trade shows and sell my line whole sale. 

this all seems like a pipe dream in a way , but to me i really thing it could grow into something amazing really great for me and my jet setting wanna be life goals......

we will see i will keep anyone posted who gives a crap

green lego robots

from my totally original series of  "toys as jewelry" i give you green lego robots.

these lego robots could also be morphed into a variety of different things, use your imagination and i will use mine, lets bang out heads together and come out with something sweet.

broke it apart and saved the beads to make more repurposed jewelry

its been almost a year and i am still here

i still think about and love creating stuff for piece by piece

i just had to take a break due to work load and buying and selling a house

OK, my efforts in stepping it up a knotch or two landed me head first into the local open air market. 

Market at the Square @ Lincoln Square in Urbana Illinois

it was very windy, but all in all it was a wonderful experience

i learned a LOT, mostly what i will be doing differently

• i figured that i need to weigh down the tent..
  
• display my stuff vertically and have more tables..
  
• that is the short list..
  

the other vendors are awesome 

very helpful

great stuff

the patrons are curious and eager to chat

all in all i am looking forward to next time.....
